Our experience with Pedro Gomes and his entire crew far exceeded anything that we had encountered to date. Pedro provided us with some very insightful design insights on how to landscape a pie-shaped plot to make it both functional and artistic. At his site visit, he had generated a 3 dimensional rendering of what the landscaping would look and feel like, using a site plan for our home. From there we were able to reposition patios and trees to end up at a design that we would love for a long time. Pedro’s crew are not only courteous and professional, they are all highly skilled technicians. Every day the job site was left clean and they completed the work within the time frame that Pedro had provided. They masterfully worked around the grading of our land to ensure proper drainage and to accomplish a level base for some structural pieces. Communication! Pedro provided status updates and emailed us at key touch points to advise on where the work was at. High Trust! Prelude Landscaping is a ‘High Trust’ organization. Pedro’s documentation, quotes, estimates, and communication are all straight forward and transparent with the details of their progress. We are recommending Prelude Landscaping to all of our co-workers and friends. Price: We had elicited several quotes prior to making our decision. The experience was extreme with one service provider not getting back to us at all and another providing a design and quote that quite extreme. Pedro’s design was the best that we had come across and his price was extremely competitive with what we had seen elsewhere. Pride in his work: Two weeks after the landscaping was completed, Pedro had followed up with me to inquire how the grass and trees were holding up. He offered me some key advise toward caring for our trees and he arranged for his foreman to stop by to adjust one part of our backyard to suite our needs.
